Smile drop options
Smile=simple. I posted at 12pm on my iPad. Apologies, I wish I could edit the title.
Prolouge, my previous car (Audi A4) sits on FK Silverline coilovers and the ride, while flat in the corners, was too stiff for daily driving. I want my 335i lower, but not too low as to ruin the 335i's Benz-like smoothness compared to my old setup. I've read the Eibach Pro kits drop about an 1" - 1 1/2" or so and could fit into my stock sport suspension. I read about spring perches that could lower another 1/2". I think that combo would be perfect, thought I might try just the pro kit first. If I went with the addition of the perches would I need to upgrade the shocks? Would Blistein Sports be the best match? I read the HDs were more for oe sport suspension. I would start with the stock 189? 18" wheels for now and eventually get 19s. I've looked at the H&R Sport springs and they seem to drop too much for me and my current state of mind. I want spirited, fast cornering, daily driving with crappy highway areas. I also do not want to spend as much on the drop when I have such a long wish list of mods.
