Need Torque Specs...please help

I'm DIYing a repair on an E90 and am in need of some help. I've searched for a while and didn't find anything useful.

Does anyone have the correct torque specs for #13 and #15 in this diagram? (circled in red)

It's an 08 335i if it makes a difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

13 looks like a lock nut which should require that much torque. I would just follow a standard torque chart for the size and class of bolt.
