Question Hesitation on Start Up and Rough Idle

I had the walnut shell blasting done a while back, and days after I noticed a really rough idle and hesitated start, at very random times. I called the shop that did the work and they kept the car for 2 days and said they couldn't duplicate the problem. They said there were no codes, the battery charge is fine. Only other work that was done was the spark plugs, oil change, and replaced a leaking valve cover gasket.

I finally got a video. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on the hesitated start up?

This is happening to me too but mine is really rough on cold start after coils and plugs were changed. Literally almost dies. No codes. Then about 30 seconds in, it evens out and runs perfect. How do I do a full adaptation reset?
