Those are 5 series rims that will not properly fit an E90. The offset will make the rims stick out too far from the fenders.

If you look at the offset for these rims (Hartge Classic 2) you'll see that they are offered in both ET20 and ET38....... ET38 is for the E90 and ET20 is for the E60 5 series. The first set of rims you showed are only for E60 5 series (ET20). The last set of rims is for an E46 3 series with a completely different offset as well (ET42). If you have any doubts about rim sizing, use the handy offset calculator at the top of this page. Make sure you find the correct offset or you will be seriously hosed with improperly fitted rims.

I believe they are around 42 to 46..... Most people end up getting some spacers for the fronts because the rims sit inside the fender too much (6 to 10 mm at the most). Do a search on this subject because there are about 4 other people on this forum who did the same thing. Some of them used spacers and others didn't.
