Vinyl Wrap front bumper

I have some chips and paint peeling on my front bumper, I've been looking to replace it with m-replica or mtech jet-black bumper if anyone is selling one, but now I am thinking about wrapping just the front bumper, is there a vinyl that matches jet black paint or would it be very noticeable, also does anyone have a shop to recommend in orlando, or anywhere in southwest florida?
