I will do, there is a dealer near me with a lower spec motor, same engine etc that i am going to visit tomorrow, reason being i want to test drive the manual as read a few stories about it not being the best box in the world that suffers problems engaging first and is a bit "notchy", So would rather try it for myself first

That's a really good 'sell' from Stratstone with that video! I have bought several cars over the phone from dealers and never received that level of service!

Bad news shortie:

Hi Simon

Unfortunately the 325d was sold this morning and so is no longer available.

Whilst I am unlikely to get anything the same I will forward details of anything that I get that I think would be suitable.

Regards

Adam

Its not me...... Well i took the car i had no interest in buying for a test drive this morning and i thought that the manual gearbox was awful (sorry if anyone has a manual). I had read that it was a notchy gearbox and doesn't always like first and that is exactly how it was. I really felt that the manual box was not for me in this car. So at least i know that i want another auto

Got to say that i was impressed with the performance of the 325d engine compared to my 320i, far superior.

Not an LCI model but what about this one?

http://www.approved.bmw.co.uk/bmwuk/...price_ASC|list

I have never seen a spec like it! Bet £15k would seal the deal.
