Pair of Mtec 6000k D1S different color output?

So i finally decided to install my pair of mtec 6000k d1s that I ordered from e92lighting.
The light looks nice and all but there is one thing that i noticed,
why is one side a bit bluer than the other side?
theyre both mtec and theyre both 6000k
the difference is very noticeable. I parked my car infront of a white wall just to justify what i saw was correct

my question is, is there a break in period for these d1s before they show their true color? and eventually theyre look the same?
if not, i may need to request for a replacement.

I will take some pictures tomorrow

I would return it to the vendor as a defective product and request a new set. That shouldn't be.

Well if you have the 6000k units, the color output should be bright white with a slight blue hue. It should be more blue than the factory HID's, that's for sure.

You sure you swapped both bulbs? Maybe you reinstalled the stock bulb again.

Well, just to let you know, I'm selling my MTEC D1S 6K bulbs if you are interested. I bought them from F1 Autohaus (guys that make OSS rings). They are authentic bulbs and the output of both light bulbs is the same and consistent.

I understand your frustration. I'm actually really picky with the lighting department and don't ask me why. Every single bulb I have on my car is aftermarket (interior and exterior).

Haha ya. I had a pair of gp thunders that turned kinda green. Was so choked so I ordered Lux lol. Having the lights with different color just seems so odd. Even though it's minor, It just gets to me

Ive bought from xenonsupply.com and I had the same problem with the 6000k. My left side was white with a yellow hue and my right side was pure white (which is in fact a defect, there should be no break in period). I called and complained and he sent replacement bulbs right away, no extra charge, no hassle and he just asked that I send the old bulbs back at my earliest convience (still havent done it :/). Easily the best company Ive dealt with for xenon bulbs yet, great customer service which is hard to come by these days. Hope this helps!

There are no 6000K philips bulbs , only fake philips has it. Genius philips only available on 4300k bulbs.

Dont ruin your headlight canbus and projector with Fake philips 6000k above.
