Rear bumper light scratches...

Can rear bumper light scratches from license plate screws be fixed and blend it instead of having the whole rear bumper re-sprayed? The color of my car is Titanium Silver.

you can try to have it color sanded to see if they go away. if they don't then most reputable bumper repair guys can handle it for you.
