Anyone know or time how long does your temp needle reach 200-210 degrees from a cold start?

Looks awesome! w00t! Can't wait to wash and wax my car, but I was told to hold off on waxing to make sure the paint was fully cured since the hood is CF. I'm sure it's good to go, but just in case I'll wait.

I've heard that, too. Not sure how long the wait, though.

I think I'm going to try once I get my car back from the shop, hopefully by next week with the new sides and hopefully Duke sends my damn diffuser so I can get the MSport rear installed.

It didn't go kaput, but I replaced it to have peace of mind since I wouldn't know for sure if it was damaged or not. I don't have that kind of cash to be throwing around. It would be better to buy another one and play it safe. It's a great and reliable lil engine though.

You made it sound that way LOL. Did you sell the 3-stage to the N52 guys?

No, I still have it since the intake manifold wasn't damaged. Only new engine, oil pump and brake booster.

For 335 guys, just to get an idea 5, 10, 15min, so I don't drive aggressively too early after starting up.

When I drove my buddy's 335i... it took awhile... I think it was like 15 mins on the freeway before it gets to normal temp.

Just let the RPM needle settle at it's idle and drive the next few minutes normal before punching it.

The oil temp takes about a good 10min driving normally to reach 160F. Should take it easy when its cold.

Too long, ever since I got new transmission fluid, rear diff fluid changed, valve lifters replaced (NA cars), ecc exhaust camshaft sensor replaced, car feels brand new. But feels heavy, I think the dealer reset my transmission and has to learn my driving habits all over again. Idles and revs much better.

My car drops to a steady 700rpm after a good 30-45 sec. I don't know if that helps your case though haha. How did everything go at the dealer?

I actually set a reminder for the event but ended up at work. Also aren't the events hosted by SCCA pretty strict?
