Chemical guys Wheel Cleaner

I am going to be placing a pretty big order soon , but one thing that i keep getting stuck on is what kind of Wheel cleaner to get. Id actually really like something that was an all purpose cleaner like this. But im not sure if this would be safe to on Polished, Painted, Chrome wheels etc. Another thing i should mention is that i don't have a Pressure cleaner so it has to be pretty effective with a regular hose . So anyone have experience with it? If not what would you recommend?

The Orange Gel cleaner will be safe, it can also be diluted!
