Poll: Upgrades or Stock?

How many of you are planning or have already started to upgrade your E90 with either aftermarket performance products or OEM accessories(not including things like OEM alarm, but more like pedals, spoilers, etc...) and how many of you are content with the car as is?

I wouldn't have bought a $40k car if I wanted to mod it, but that's just me.

mods put you in tougher classes in autocross, and may hurt warranty

slight mods, in proper moderation, personalize an otherwise somewhat-generic-in-places car...

Well I don't have that much money! I meant if I wanted to put money into it I would have bought a cheaper car. But I like everything about the 330 just how it is.

I already have my windows tinted. All I'm gonna do is change the wheels, suspension, and possibly the exhaust...

... so haven't i started? I'm tempted to wait for the M3 to come out. If I spend the money to mod my existing E90, it might be a waste when I switch over to the M. Kind of caught in between. Right now I'm just driving stock pretty much, except for some lighting mods. What would you guys do?

I definately didn't spend as much as I did to mod the car either. I did that in the past and always wished I stayed stock, just going to drive it the way BMW made it.

I have a lot planned for this car but nothing too too extreme, I am thinking about changing the headlights to euro spec doing solaris mirrored turning bulbs 6000k bulbs in the headlights and 6000k in the fogs eisenmann race exhaust praying for the grouppe m to be released definatly want to do dinan chip when available as well as dinan throtle body and MAF maybe a dinan strut and possibly a slight drop but I love the sport rims and I dont really want anything to bumpy... so like I said a lot but nothing to crazy just a really clean looking E90! Oh and I am not to crazy about the sport steering wheel I think it looks kinda cheap but I havent decided wheather or not to change that yet cuz airbags cost so damn much!!!!

I'm having chrome tips put on the exhaust by my dealer. should add about 20kw and 30nm of torque to my standard 325i. Other than that, I have no intention to modify my car.

I might get a spoiler, but that's only if I can find a nice one!!! :-) I don't love the OEM spoiler on a black car..it looks nice on the SG but not black!

No mods for now.... but if BMW releases a nicer sport kit in the future, I might just consider buying the bumpers and side skirts... the one that I've seen in pictures does not appeal to me.

Me either, I am leaning towards buying the carbon fiber add ons and body matching the paint. But they are pretty expensive and I have heard a few reports of them being very thin, I certainly dont want something that I dont feel is going to hold up to small rocks or crack extremly easily!

After seeing Agio E90's SG E90 wtih Hartge lip and coilovers, I'm gonna start saving my pennies for some exterior part mods.

after modding my previous car relatively heavily, I was ready to step into a car that was as I wanted it out-of-the-box, so no major modding for me (even though few believe me, haha)

Not many mods..just the basics.

Plan to tint the windows, going to add the rear spoiler, and considering the chrome exhaust tips.

Really not a lot of Mods out there yet other than wheels. Yeah I've tinted the windows and put in PIAA Ultrawhite's in the fog lights but I don't really consider these mods. I'd like to replace the struts. While I have the sport package the car is definately not as well controlled on large bumps in aggressive corners as my E46 sport package was. Even a simple K&N air filter is not out yet. Ditto on some performance brake parts. I know it will all come in due time.
