False, You decide when to have the supplemental fuel added and can tune the DI around it. If you wanna start spraying at 10-12 psi, you can. Also, a few spirited runs with it only set to spray at 15-20+ psi is going to happen more than just once in a while which will still keep your valves clean. This has already been proven.

I wouldn't say it was false. Sure you can run your PI's anytime you want. However, no one will run them 100% of the time. And even anything below 10-12psi would be a waste for street application unless you have a map specifically for anything lower for the added power for racing applications (if you're into that kind of stuff).
