Cooling fan on max speed when car is started

The weather is changing here. The low this morning was 41 degrees.
This should not matter becausein Feb of this year I was driving the car in Germany when it was -15.

The fan will turn on as soon as I start the motor and it will remain on while driving. This just started this morning but I aleardy called my SA.

What could be the issue?
Thermostat (no way, motor was cold)
Relay?
some electical component?

Do you have jb4? Could accidently be on max cool mode

Sounds like your water pump went out but could also be this ^^

Trying to narrow down the easy stuff before anything major, if not jb4, like he said waterpump
