mmm, the chrome lip would definitely be shinier while the white lip would be something you wouldn't see every day. I've seen a white lip in perosn before on a white audi and i thought it looked pretty good. if this is your first set of rims though and just want to be happy with the purchase i'd say a chrome lip would be your safest bet. the wheels will still look stunning.

the price shouldn't be more than $100 more with shipping. the time for it takes for the wheels to be produced would be about 2-3 months - standard production time.

i dont believe a red lip or any color lip qualifies as a 'timeattack'. Time attacks wheels offer a small pinstripe (red normally) right below where the rim meets the tire (obviously on the rim). A red lip means the entire lip is dipped or powdercoated like ironic's gold lips.

I liked ironic's gold lip. However, I think I liked them dirty more than when they were clean because I like the bronze look from the brake dust

For colored lips I think you need some sticker or something else that is matching to pull it off.

If you see ironic's sig you can see he has a gold Mach III sticker to complement the lip.
