another spacer question

Hello everyone I have a pre lci e92 330i m sport im thinking
Of getting a set of spacers and either lowering springs or a
Set of springs and shocks.
My wheels are 8.5/10 19" 235/265 et35 front and back

Im not really interested in coils as I don't track or very rarely.
If i had funds air would be a possibility tho lol

Thanks

What size spacers would fit with standard m sport suspension with my wheel tyre set up?
Where would I buy suitable longer bolts+lockers?
If i lower the car what springs or spring+shock kit is suitable on a 99% road car ie not track racer?
Also if lowering what size spacers for my wheels?

Many have 15mm at rear 12mm front, if you looking to lower anything more then you might get some rubbing, however there are ways to beat it.

So if I had a 5-10mm rear and 5 on front with longer bolts how would that be on rub issue you think?
Also if I lowered would these be. ok?

Lower it first, then measure the gap
