Auto

VERY hard to heat the tires up and launch for me. Seems this car would benefit from an LSD

I think it has at least 2 tenths in it just the way it sits with a better 60ft.

Jason

Here is a shot of the GT500 from today. The pictures are filtering in from my father who wat shooting the cars.

I would agree that you could dip some with a lower short time. With the auto, and based on what others have done, 1.7's are possible with DR's in an auto. But I also suspect that the shorter wheel base of the 135i may not allow as much rear transfer as the 335i.

As for the LSD, some would be gained as well.

Once again.

Nice...how was the track prep/conditions? Just wondering if that contributed to the 1.9 60'. And, no race gas?

Great times! You should head up to OSW more often, haven't seen any 1 series there. I usually go with a few buddies (mid 11 sec e55, almost 10 s GTR, 11 s SC mustang, mid 12s GTO, 12s XKR). We usually go on Wednesdays as its less crowded. Sometimes we rent the track as well. PM if you ever get the itch.

damn... octane? 93 or 100+...

1.1 high boost map right? not a race map?

are you running 1.1 or 1.1v (yes im aware 135s are msd81 but given the other cars you own it doesnt look like youre one to care about a warranty haha)

Thats quick no matter what. My buddy with a built 69 Camaro with drag radials and ported aluminum heads ran 12.25 @ 109 and it fell on its face the last 500' due to a fuel delivery issue. Of course, when it's dialed in, its going to run mid 11's, but you get the idea.

Awesome run and launch . You shoud teach a clinic on how to launch a car at the dragstrip!!!

The 16" wheels and drag radials didn't hurt. Gets more torque to the track faster, which gets the car down the strip faster....Dont think i've heard of anybody else running 16" wheels..!!!!
