ALL
It was a pleasure tracking with all of you. It was a shame that I only just met some of you at this event and I wish we had gotten time to do some of these together earlier. Best of luck and keep the shiny side up! I talked with some of you of potentially doing a race school sometime next year. Let's keep in touch and see if we can plan something. |

It was really great to hang out with a great group of guys! Thanks for all the advice and encouragement! Sorry for cutting out early today but I had a couple things to take care of before Monday!
I took some pics and will post up, just didn't have time yet. Sad to see you go Steve! Best of luck over there. You'll miss 93 gas |

It use to be flat but uhh... too much downforce and too low quality bowed it down. |

It was very refreshing to see so many 335's out there without having any major issues, not to mention how dominating our crew was on the track in multiple groups, including first timers. Such a proud moment to show how great these cars can be at the track despite their critical reputation of overheating and others. For that, I say this was a huge success!
I know everyone's schedule might not workout easily for future events. But I think it would be a great idea to pick a large, multiple-day event, at least once every year to have many e90post members gather at one place and enjoy each others' company and progress. I could also do without that fish place. |

I had a great time. Learned so much for being my first track event. I think I am officially hooked. Thanks guys for all the help and support.
Steve, you will be missed man! I will try to post up some logs and pictures after work today. Haven't had much time to do so yet. I will see what I can post up of my driver mod too P.S. I went fast. (for those not at the event, my motto for the event was taken from Talledaga Nights, "I wanna go fast".) |

I got it to work on my last run of the day. Wasn't my best run, but not too bad.
The instructor let me go solo for the last two so I am sure if he were in the car I would have had slightly better angles and pushed the car more. I did go two off in corner 7, then four off in corner 7 the very next lap......like a boss. Haha. I will post the log up later but it looks like my best for the last run of the day was 01:24:72 with an average speed of 85.6 mph and top speed of 124.1 mph. It was awesome and feel like I can improve in so many ways. |

Great time everyone and great meeting some of you for the first time!
Take care Steve and keep in touch. You have to let us know how the Cali scene is. I know you're already set up for canyon roads, tracks and shop. When I finally get some HP, you'll be the first to know Yes, we should all do a big event again next year. Possibly VIR is what I was thinking. I always wanted to go to VIR.

Fuck yes!!! Don't have time to watch the video but wanted to show my approval. Reppin' the track crowd prowdly on the East coast! What I would give to have a lap-by-lap battle with that Scuderia.

His wife won't let him run his 599GTO or his F40. He did one session with the 599GTO at Thunderbolt (the track next door to Lightning) and he hit 170mph down the front straight! Oh, his wife drove the Scuderia in the intermediate group
