How to access newer FRM/NFRM from INPA?

I have replaced my FRM-module in my E91 M2006 to FRM3.
Problem is that i cant seem to access it from INPA. Only FRM is available, and choosing that gives me a version mismatch since it trying to use the files for the FRM instead of NFRM.

Is there a workaround for this?

VIN is written to the module, and production date is changed and written to car.
