Powder Coating Recommendations
Hey all. I'm looking to get the M-Sport wheels on my while 335xi powder coated black. I'm wondering what kind of price range I'm looking at for all 4 wheels?
Also, how long am I going to need the wheels off the car for? This could cause a problem that I need to figure out. Lastly, if you have any recommendations in the Seattle/Renton area that would be great. Maybe even Portland if it's a good place. Thanks in advance for any help! |

Prices will vary by quite a bit, depending on your location. It's relatively cheap to get things powder coated in California, but in other states, if there is no competition, powder coaters can charge more. Time frames will also vary, but I'd say on average, your local powder coater might have your wheels for a week or two. Larger companies that do bulk orders to keep the cost down might take longer though.

I had some Avant Garde wheels powder coated at a reputable place here near Sacramento last year. It cost me $200 per wheel and took about a week. Not cheap, but the results were great.
