Tiny tiny windshield crack
So I was getting gas at Arco today and it was "customer appreciation day" so the attendants were out wiping everyone's windshields.
Well a few minutes later the Arco lady comes up to me and tells me theres a tiny crack on my windshield, I look and sure enough there's a tiny tiny speck of a crack. She pulled out a bag and said she could repair it within a few minutes but when I pulled out my state farm insurance card she said she couldn't do it Anyways, does anyone have any idea what was in that bag and what the best way to fix such a crack? Thanks! |

You can get a DIY kit to fix it, or you can go to an auto glass place and have it fixed professionally for a reasonable cost. Most insurances cover windshield repairs 100% without a deductible, not sure why yours wouldn't.

Sounds like a scam to me.... They had access to the windshield, and suddenly there is a crack you didn't know about, and she is standing by ready to take your money to fix it?
I'd call the BBB on the Arco.
