LCI halogen to xenons

Does anyone know how to install xenons in a LCI (NOT A PRE-LCI). Can you explain what needs to be done. The pre-lci is completely different than a LCI.

I had a shop do the wiring everything works but when the car is running I get no headlights.

It is still there and they are trying to figure it out, just thought someone might know already.

They do sell pre-lci retrofit wiring harness from BMW to do a halogen to xenon conversion, but not for an LCI.

I have been down this road with a pre lci and finally went to using LCI halogens with factory angel eyes with LUX bulbs.
