Angry CF Trim gone wrong ... please dont move looking for suggestions..

so guys i took the plunge about 3 weeks ago i sent out my trim to a shop/guy in california (a reputable guy much feedback on the other bmw boards) so fine i send all my new trim the car is about 2 weeks old at this point parts included:

Left Driver Vent
Passenger Vent
Center Vent with all controls
Center Console with idrive
ALL door trims

REVISED
edit:
Look fellas no hate on ******** im merely asking for suggestions

USPS messed up so its USPS fault i understand that...so stop hating on ******** this has nothing to effect his craftsmanship merely the oversight that it wasn't insured...hes doing what he can to make it better and i will post results of the outcome...so lets grow up boys and girls.

Yes, only use them if you don't care about what you send along.

You have to shoulder part of the blame here. You should've asked him to send it insured and with a tracking number and work out the detail on who's covering the extra cost incurred with the added shipping service.

I bet your package shows up on your door undamaged. It will just take a while.

I have never had a package undelivered by USPS. Sometimes it takes twice as longs as it should, but it always showed up on my door in good condition. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Who accepted it is what I would be asking the post office.

Also, all priority and express mail automatically comes with a tracking number. Something is shady.

Sounds like you got taken if he cannot provide a tracking number. If you paid via credit card you can open a claim and dispute payment. I don't think it's you're fault at all if this is a business you purchased it from. The sender should have insured it regardless. You are just the buyer.

Good Luck

you should just reveal who did this... this way he would have more pressure on his back since he knows that he will lose business if he doesnt fix your problem.
