Low coolant and water leaks

Hi guys, my first time asking question and I hope I can get it as clear as possible.

Some info: 325xi @100k miles - water pump/thermo done

So, I have been adding distilled water for a few times since the past 4 months. But today, I receive a morning greeting with low coolant and a puddle of water by the driver's side wheel arch. Dripping water is colorless, not hot and does not smell.

Please look at the attached photos and advise me. Thank you.

Found the culprit after spending some time. It was a leak from washer hose that is connected to headlight washer. Decided to leave it as is.
