Now.. this may be just me, but is that an ACTUAL M3? or just another E46 modded and rebadged as an M3 (325Ci/330Ci)? Notice the mirrors. They are not M3 mirrors. I suppose it's possible he didn't like M3 mirrors and switched to regular E46 non-M3 coupe ones.

In addition, maybe it's just the lighting, but those don't look like M3-flared fenders to me.

Anyway, funny vid nonetheless.

400/14.7 = ~27x atmospheric pressure, which would be what, the equivalent of ~86 liters of displacement (for the S54)?

Which if we assume perfect efficiency, at ~110 hp/liter, this bad boy should be putting down about 9460hp at the crank. Must be an absolute monster.

I think there is nothing wrong with people who just purely having fun messing with their cars. At least until I heard something from my Korean friend a few weeks back. He told me Korean girls don't know cars well, but they know M BMW are expensive, so some of his friends just go buy M badges and show off in front of those girls. There was one ingenious friend of his who just went got a BMW keychain. When sitting down with his date, he would just naturally pull out his keychain and left it on the table (without claiming he had or hadn't a BMW). And he was successful "get-laider".

Anyways, shame on those materialistic girls anyways. Poor poser too. At least he has a BMW although it won't worth much now after he messed with the car that much.

This clip would be just plain and none-ironic if the kid walked out and said "it's just a dressed-up E46".

man rob beck needs to go back to the drawing boards, those turbos dont come even close to 400 pounds of boost. and he has a K&N supercharger on six cylinder.... with turbos...im so pissed at K&N for always selling me filters...never gave me that good stuff. i also think cobb should hire this guy for tuning he a genious to disconnect his intercooler... maybe they can work together to help him boost at parking lot speeds.

as for the guy defending the guy in the video.....shoot yourself. no one likes a fake in any part of society. a lot of people on this forum work hard to mod their cars, and are good BMW brand embassadors. to have someone like this driving a car they dont even understand is annoying. hes going to end up like that kid last week in the desert.

It was really embarrasing for that kid and I like when people get embarrased cause I'm a certified A-hole but it wasn't funny cause many people debadge/rebadge their cars. I am totally against it. If you drive a 328i why debadge or rebadge it... its really embarrassing. Same as someone with a 335i and mod it into a m3... If you can afford the car then buy it if not just be happy with what u own. I love the m3 and couldn't afford it 4 years ago. Maybe this cycle around I'll get it or the RS5
