Airbag light

Today I turned on my car (2009 e92 328i), with someone in the passenger seat, and the airbag light came on on by dash board. I have had the car for about 5 months and this is the first time it came on...any thoughts?

I'm having the same problem...accept it wont go off...

Could be a number of things. Scan it or get it scanned
