I bought mine used. 07 328i, 67k miles.
So far the problems I've had are
Oil filter housing leak
Idle Pulley
Valve Cover Gasket leak

I'm expecting the water pump to go off any time now.

I get 21.7 with my 335i, and that's years of the same commute. Highway is 30-32, I don't seem to see 34 like I did when the car was newer.

Have to say I have a F30 328 loaner, and the thing did 27 mpg on the same commute (amazing the computer states 24 mph avg., 1:20 to go about 28 miles). Hmmm...I guess that is a massive improvement over the old 328, which I always got 17 with.

108K, 13 since going single turbo conversion, HPFP replaced at ~80k and routine maintenance only. Have a feeling the water pump will be soon

2007 328xi Coupe 94,600. Oil cooling line. VCG. Battery replaced. Normal maintenance. But im working on a transmission issue and a slight idle surging issue.

2007 328i 90k miles

- Starter
- Water Pump
- Ignition Coils
- All four windows have failed
- Just proactively replaced the drive belt tensioner since the belt was coming off track a bit

I have yet to do an auto transmission fluid flush. Was quoted $1k for this since the filter is integral with the pan, and was told that the fluid is extremely high priced.

An epic car. Will keep.
