Anyone interested in working at Rallye?

I received this email from Rallye, guess I must be on some mailing list since I bought my car from them.. anyway thought I would pass it along.. I have no affiliation or interest at stake.

I doubt that they suck.....lol theyre a multi million dollar business and just about 75% of the Luxury cars i see are from Rallye. Its dlrs like Rallye that make a car buying experience a positive one. like it should be. Thats something excelllent to say in an interview lol

true. thats important. not good to work for assholes. but one thing is that you go to work not to make friends or socialize, and most definitely making $$$$ is the priority.

my now salesmanager, was at lexus for a quite a while and ive known a few sales guys who were also at rallye.
no weekly, straight commission. you ride solo. so you choose how much $ you make. 6 figures has been achieved by a few. Sales is a hard field to be a part of, takes alot of dedication and TIME...

pretty bold statement there buddy...I work here as a CA and I'm very proud to say that we are the #1 volume dealer in NY for MB, Lexus and BMW. At BMW, there are 20 salespeople for both new and pre-owned (combined) and at least half make 6 figures. I'm not sure about office personel and service techs but I'm sure Rallye has a very competitive pay plan for them as well.

Matt, I undserstand your frustration but that scenario usually happens in a publicly owned company like Hassel. It is a lot different working for a privately owned business. However, like any other business, goals have to be met and everyone has to put in their share.

So are you saying that Ralleye is privatley owned? I thought they were part of some big corporation too.

How different is the management there? lot more relaxed than Hassel I assume.

I happened to bump into both the sales manager and one of the CAs at Difeo that used to work for Hassel....thats quite a hike to be traveling THAT far.
