Judo is super hard on your body. Aikido doesn't really work.

Try a trial session of MT and see if you like it.

On the subject of Martial Arts - The problem with a lot of the Traditional Martial Arts these days are they are watered down with very little real physical contact. Live sparring turned into point matches where you score a point and reset to a neutral position again. And Kata is bullshit also.

When you have a resisting opponent with live sparring, that is usually your best bet. Hence why BJJ, MT, and MMA schools are so popular these days. I don't believe you should be able to get a black belt at the age of 10-12 for example.
