That was BS that Massa didn't get a penalty. His move was ridiculous.

Not exactly 100% Massa fault per-se...I was watching the replay 5 times....he got boxed in by Sutil and Rosberg, had to go in side and caught on the artificial grass and lose control....then whoever comes along the corner (Liuzzi in this case) got collected and out of the race...

kinda like Sutil, Trulli, and Alonso last year in Brazil....

and its not like Petrov cut across Hulkenberg's front....now THAT's a stupid move!

Petrov's move was dumb, too.

Meanwhile, Kobayashi made the hairpin his bitch. That was a drive he's never going to forget.

and neither will I, that was simply brilliant braking. I cant believe this guy may not have a job next season, if Kubica does end up going to Ferrari, which would be awesome, I would love to be Kobayashi in the Renault.

and WTF is the deal w/ wheels not staying on the car, I mean one car is already pretty bad, but two?

I'm hoping SV pulls of the championship, I dont think LH will be able to catch up. Very unfortunate what happened w/ all the gear box troubles.

I hope Korea does happened, if not they better find another track, shit lets do Suzuka again!!!!!!!

I'd put him star of the race over SV...its given SV with his talent and a prefect car for the track to win from pole...but for Kobayashi to homing from behind and overtake a few in this difficult track....that was awesome....a nice morale boost for Japanese Motorsport....

I'd say Nico's failure was some fatigue failure on the wheel nut part....he changed to prime tires a long time ago and has been pulling many laps before failure....and not like Kubica....the wheel stud was no where to be seen...probably a fatigue failure on some wheel secure parts....

for Kubica...was just simply didn't torque the wheel nut properly....and eventually fell off clean....if it wasn't SC....he would've gone on the first lap also....

I agree with everything Escobar said. Kobayashi's drive was amazing and the thought of him being benched just makes no sense to me. I've been saying for years (along with many others) that Kubica is one of the best drivers out there. I was SO PISSED when he left the race, especially for something sooooo small as a wheel nut. I wonder if someone will lose their job over that? He was surely headed for a podium finish...

bad luck man....i'd like to see him on a podium....

SPEED presenters gave Kubica such a high praise last weekend...talking about how he pulled Renault F1 team from rock bottom 12 months ago when the race-fixing scandal and new management stepped in.....now it becomes a good underdog and a party pooper for the top 5 championship contender....

I don't think so...like Jenson's Monaco race was ruined due to mechanic forgot to remove the airblock and cooked the engine eventually....
unlucky...but not like Toro Rosso's mechanic is Singapore....that's negligence....
that was just some one time mistake....unfortunate....

Seriously, why do we even have Shanghai? Macau would be a MUCH better venue for a Grand Prix in China .

Or...if Korean GP doesn't work out....move it to Minneapolis!!!
Since the teams will heading South America - Brazil anyways....might as well stop by North America

there's also a big legal issue if Korean GP got killed....coz all the teams and major sponsors are signed up for 19 races....there should be 19 race exposures for sponsors....

also the problem is....due to logistical nightmare...they might not just pick a spot on the map....everything must be re-routed....
and some teams/sponsors would prefer one track than another....i do not think FOM can just pick an existing track or any other randomly.....

if the shit hits the fan....there's no way the FOM can please everyone....

Korea can be a big cock-up for the season....

The BBC guys were saying that if the Korean GP doesn't happen, due to contractual season obligations with the sponsors, they'll HAVE to have another race somewhere. The likely solution would be to have a double-header (eg, two races at Abu Dhabi or Brazil, on the same weekend presumably). That would be interesting!

I wouldn't mind back-to-back Interlagos....that track delivers!

Just do like the following

Race 1 - Saturday, Morning Qualifying, Afternoon race (or half race if they got too tired)
Race 2 - Sunday, Morning Qualifying, Afternoon race...

tell Bridgestone to move all korean GP allocation wheels to Brazil...
