Different tire on the rear?

My passenger side rear tire is damaged and can't be repaired. I am using the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tire and replaced the one damaged tire with the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 tire instead. Would I have issues since I am replacing it with a different tire on the rear? My setup now looks like 3 V12 evo tires and 1 V12 Evo2 tire on the passenger rear and I have a RWD E92 335i.

Honestly, if the setup works and wouldn't damage my car in anyway then I almost don't care from a performance perspective. Can someone confirm I can still get from point A to point B with my car and shouldn't have any issues in terms of reliability?

Thank you.

You shouldn't have problems, unless the old tires were almost completely worn (substantially different diameter.)
