320d with 157 alloy and downward tailpipe deleted.

Just got it yesterday, add in 157 and twin pipe. Picture taken at Mt Tamborine Brisbane Queensland using my dodgy phone on a stormy day.

Well, I did some search for muffler specialists in yellowpages. Find one in my local suburb. Went there and choose the tip model. Cost? $120. Done in 15 minutes.

I asked them to cut off the very end tip and replace it very the Y shaped twin pipe. Should have took the pic but they wont allow me in the workshop.

Make sure you choose the tip with different length i.e.|I this is due to the roundness of the rear bumper. Also I asked them to install it about an inch out from the bumper otherwise you may get the diesel fume on rear bumper which is like a layer of blackist dust (can be wash off).

I love the look of large alloy, but I have trouble looking after it. I would scraped my alloy from time to time. It is less likely to occur if I use the higher profile tyres (but they look ugly). That's why I stocked the 158 at home, so that when I need to repair my 157, I can use the 158.

Looks great! How much extra did you have to pay to keep the 158's as opposed to exchanging the rims when you ordered your car?
