which SA at Fairfax BMW?

I am getting ready to take my car in for Maintenance Services this coming week? Any advise on who I should select?

the following SA listed on the webpage:

Brian Thomas
Donald Marsh
Frankie Johnson
Matt Feiggleson
Michael Hook
Ron Zegada
Shawn Emanuel
Tricia To.

After some of the horror stories I have read and heard, I go to Passport. BMW loaners and great service. Ask for either Bogdan (CCA member) or Stephen (he is my Sa and always goes the extra mile). THey will even come pick ur car up from ur work or home.

I would prefer to go to passport but Fairfax is only 3 or 4 miles away from my home! Thanks for the recom

Oh ok. I don't think the trek from FFX County is that bad. Just be sure to have a standing order on ur paperwork to mot wash the car or update the softeware w/o discussing w/ u first. I have this @ Passport.

Ask Spoolio or MnK6 for recommendations. They work with Fairfax BMW a lot.

That's who I was recommended by Juan. Havent worked with other SA's. Worked out nicely for me, prompt calls and good service.

Otherwise (I know people here hate it but) Donny and I love our SA Gint at VOB. He is the man once you get to know him.

I prefer the new clean Fairfax dealer tho. Closer to home for me as well.

Gint's the man

This guy pulled off the big 30k service for me in less than 2 hours, without an appointment, just because I was going on a road trip that same day

But I must say that VOB's facility sucks ass. Their loaner service sucks ass too (only enterprise cars for maintenance visits).
