Hi. Just thought I'd drop a note in this thread to quickly introduce myself. I'm looking at buying my first BMW very soon, but need some (a lot of) advice, so am shortly going to post something in the main forums.
Hope to get lots of guidance and looking forward to picking up some knowledge along the way. Cheers, Jon. |

Nice Malcolm - is that sparkling graphite or space grey & what colour is the interior? 230's are the nicest looking wheels (IMO)!

Howdy... A recent convert to the BMW club; I just bought a manual 2007 330i M Sport in Sparkling Graphite. I've moved from a 2002 1.4 litre Ford Focus so the drive is very different and something I am really starting to enjoy.
I will be following the forums and plan to try a few small modifications over the next few months. Once I get the measure if the car I may even be tempted to a track day or two Daylight pics of the car once the dealer finishes valet they were supposed to have done before it was delivered! Stuart |

Morning chaps
Finally managed to register on the site, had the 335i for a few months now and have been appreciating this site greatly. Know a few of you from over the years from places like Tyresmoke, so not a total loner Over to the important stuff, 07 E90, Silver/Black, auto, Nav, BT, Xenons etc etc - it goes like stink too! Wastegates appear to be rattling like hell, but it goes so well and does 40MPG @ 70MPH so I'm reluctant to take it in to get the software updated. Been lucky enough to have owned some great cars in the past and the 335i is such a great allrounder, love it to bits and can't wait to start fiddling with it All the best Ben |

I'm in Brentwood, I assume you're a local? Give me a nudge if there are any meets planned as I'm always up for a chat and a pint and meet pretty frequently with my old RS Audi and Porka mates so can always combine the two All the best Ben |

Hello, Thought I'd be polite and say hello been lurking for a couple of months! Got myself an E92 320d M-Sport. And love it!
Car is booked in at Superchips this friday for a re-map. I was going to go the Evolve route, but I have an old Bluefin unit I used on my previous car (MK5 GTI) and when contacting Superchips the unit can be 'reset' and used on the BMW for a fraction of the price! So was down to cost and no switch box from Evolve yet for the 177 engine.. Will get some pictures up and report on my bluefin experience! Thanks Alex |
