Ever since we've been able to sit in the front of the bus, I've been satisfied with them.

I had the exhaust shipped to me on NOV 1st, and haven't yet received it. Starting to get a bit nervous. I paid $300 for the exhaust and the guy only declared $200 for the value too... UGH.

Can you explain the process of claiming said product. Do you have to be there at time of bus arrival to pick your product up? If not how does it not grow legs and walk off?

Nope generally what they do is call you and you have to go to the terminal and pick it up. The seller drops it off at the terminal closest to them and they drive it out to the closet terminal to the buyer.

There's usually a separate counter/room where the shipped items are at the terminal. They don't just throw the boxes in the waiting area with passengers.

Wouldn't you know through communication with seller when he put the package on the bus and you would be at the terminal that day of arrival to pick up said package?

The seller just gives you the GLI number which is a useless tracking number. Once the package arrives to the closest terminal they give you a call to pick it up.
