I posted a quick intro but wanted to say hello to my fellow NC'ers.

Also, does anyone in the RDU area have one of the CSL style trunk lids? I have yet to check one of these out in person.

Car looks great man, love the color combo. Do you go to NC State? Pics look like they were taking on top of one of the parking decks here.

Good catch @blacklab27. Those were taken on campus. I'm an NC State staffer.

I've a CSL trunk lid on my e92 335i. I didn't install it … it was on the car when I bought it. What do you do at State? I got my Master's in Landscape Architecture there … graduated a year ago. I work in downtown Raleigh now. In fact, I've worked on a couple of projects on campus.

Nice car!

There are a few IB M3s around, but we don't run into each other too often.

So where does everyone in NC get their coding done? Looking to place an order for some AE's soon and will need to get coding so I can run AE only during the day.

I'm an IT pro.. Nice on the CSL, it's probably unique in the area. Maybe a meetup for the Raleigh area crowd is in order? I've been to a couple of the C&C events but the timing doesn't always work out.

I'm active on nceuro.org (thought it's been really slow lately) and I've been thinking about setting up a meet with that group in the near future. I might go out to C&C next week, though I'm not a huge fan of the two parking lot deal.

Luxury Auto Service in Raleigh might do coding. They're pretty nice guys over there … worth a phone call if you're in the area.

Hi, I'm pretty new around here, I live in the Charlotte area. Just bought a 2009 E90 335i. Looking to get a JB4 G5, so if anyone hears of any good deals (~$350) definitely let me know!

I just bought a new one, got it hooked up for $430, out the door $443. Seemed like a good deal.

Let me know what you find out. I'm looking to get some coding done for AEs as well. Preferably in or near The Triangle.

Anyone with a set of 225/45/17 tires or, alternatively, a good deal on wheels (162s perhaps) + tires with 80%+ tread?

Shoot me a PM. Anywhere in the Triangle or perhaps even the Triad works. Also, if anyone's interested in a set of 159s (rears almost bald, fronts with a bit of tread left), feel free to PM me as well.

Anyone know of a place in winston-salem (preferably) or chapel hill that could install a backup cam?
