new car advice

Hello people

Been on here before when i had a 318i (which gave no end of trouble) but got myself a 5 series in the end. Anyway, got the missus a 58 plate 320d m sport with 54000 miles on the clock. Car seems fine but just wondered if there are any points to note about these cars? Are swirl flaps an issue still?

Any pointers much appreciated
