Ryan's E90 LCI 325d

Just thought I'd keep a project thread for my new (to me) E90 LCI 325d.

Got the car on the 22nd June 16.

100% stock from factory with pretty much a FBMWSH (last 2 services by a BMW indy).

Spec:

Oct 2010 build
325d N57
Space Grey
Black heated leather
CIC
Adaptive xenons
Factory tints
BMWP 269 wheels

Changes I've made so far:

BMWP gloss black grills
Full LED interior bulb swap
Exterior decontamination and detail
Leather clean and feed

Maintenance:

Replaced rear window lower seal
New NSR ABS/speed sensor
OSF headlight wash unit replaced

Pics

Future plans:

Probably a BW Chiptune remap, Combox retrofit and swap out the runflats for some Conti SC6s. Potentially some CF goodies too....

Loving the car, so nice to drive and surprisingly rapid for a big old diesel barge. Decent MPG so far, even though it's only covered 200 miles since taking ownership.

Lovely car mate. Did you do the rear lower window seal yourself and does it need to be bonded in?

Did it myself in about 5 mins.

The seals comes pre-bonded which sets once installed.

Just make sure your new seal isn't bent. Mine was ever so slightly and made it a right pain to fit 100%.

So just to confirm this is the bottom of rear heated screen? My current one is coming away at each end so looks unsightly.

So you get the trim and once you push it on it bonds? How much was it?

Yep, that's the one. Bonds once you push it onto the glass but you're still able to move it about a bit, buts its best to start at one end and work your way around so you get it right first time.

Cost me 17.17 delivered from Phil @ CotswoldBMWMini
