where do you guys purchase your extended lug bolts from? and what brand do people usually buy? thanks!

Most people go with H&R, which we carry and you can find easily right Here

I second H&R, we carry their TRACK+ spacers and do have bolts if you need them.

rogue engineering includes the correct bolts with all their spacers.
avail in silver zinc and black oxide
