permanently remove rust off hubs and rotors?

is there any solution to this??? every other week i see more rust and it's so annoying, makes the car look like a piece of crap

I have seen a handful of guys use some high temp paint on their hubs at the track and have not had a problem.

This would probably be your best route to prevent any future rust.

My solution: Hot soapy water, a green Scotch-Brite pad, then mask and shoot with Dupli-Color 500 degree Engine Enamel in "CAST IRON". Very durable!

I don't think I would have painted the surface where the wheel mates to the hub. There is no way you got that perfectly smooth and flat with paint.

curious, when you paint the hub like that...does it make it make the rotor retain heat?
