700 Euro for the version that does everything. It's extremely clean looking and since it can be controlled by the steering wheel buttons, would be an awesome integrated setup, but damn that's expensive.

Thats where I wanted the Rixter gauge too be and asked a year ago. The location is great and more visible than having it on the left vent But, they said it would be more difficult to install.

That looks very cool and high resolution too. That's a little over $700 USD though for basic version. Not that I dont think its worth that much but thats quite a chunk of change for something you probably wont look at after 2 days lol

Hi , its 588€ for the pro version without the german tax

they have a 3 + 3 sensor package that you also can hook up with this unit , another 504€ .

Yes , its expensive , but it seems like you can hook up all info to one unit/display.

When the price gets this high I consider finding a touch screen and install and use the inpa software to read my engine`s values . Wont be as streamlined and clean , but will get all the info you need , I think .... and one display.

Nobody done something similar before ?

Good point. Also, by the time you get all the options and tax + shipping, you're looking at almost $1000 U.S. for realtime data that you can't look at while you're driving. LOL Someone did a lot of R&D... Did you also notice they have NO product reviews posted online.

Very cool and I guess the same price as something like the perf steering wheel but does more. Thing I don't like is all the sensors - would be much nicer if they could just talk to the CAN bus and pull the data!

I just met with the local dealer. It will NOT work with Procede/JB or similar tunes, only with reflash. He installed it at a 335i with Procede and he only made the procede not to work at all.

BT OBD Adapter.
I'm installing a Nexus 7 where the BMW installed GPS unit goes.
Putting in a BT OBD unit with an adapter cable to locate it out of the way.
Will use the Nexus 7 for gauges, GPS (tethered to phone), V1 integration, media (Pandora, SiriusXM, TuneIn Radio and iHeart).

The mounting will cost about $40, the tablet $200, the apps less than $30 and the BT OBD reader less than $40.

You might want to try the BT OBD reader with your phone first before you spend the rest of the money.
BMW doesn't use any (maybe few for emissions checks) of the standard OBD PIDs so none of the information the standard OBD apps display is accurate and if you have a Procede or JB4 those fake the important readings so you have to connect directly to them to get the correct data.

Losing the vent entirely for the drivers side is no good...I will pass because of that..It does look nice with all the functionality!

I never understood these gauges. Who in their right mind is going to take a split second to take their eyes off the road to check something? Sorry, just a waist of money.
