E90 Fog Lights

After switching out my Angel eyes I decided the OEM fog light bulbs also needed to be switched out as well for something that matched my LUX AEs. I had originally looked and found several recommendations for the MTEC 4350k bulbs, so I bought and installed them.

From the onset I wasn't really happy with how well they matched the LUX; so I again looked around and found many people endorsing the GP Thunder 7500K; so I bought and installed them tonight.

When I first backed the car down the driveway and turned them on I thought I must be going crazy but the looked - exactly - the same to me. It bugged me enough that I re-installed the passenger side with the MTEC bulb and then took a look at the comparison.

The attached pic shows the MTEC 4350k on the left (passenger) side and the GP Thunder 7500K on the right (drivers) side. Granted my iPhone pic leaves a lot to be desired - but the result is clear - Dose anyone see a difference??

When you are dealing with coated bulbs, there's not really going to be a color difference.
