Does it have the steel shift pattern insert, black or the black w/ M stripes?

i have the RK6... by far the BEST shift knob out there... i love mine to death. i have tried 3 different knobs before settling on this one and have kept this one for 1 year on my m3... its so much heavier and meatier than the performance shift knob or the m sport shift knob. plus its large size fits my my hands nicely.

if this is not sold, i'll buy it from you. send me a PM... i wouldnt mind changing to the newer RK7

I already sent payment. But, what's the difference between the RK6 and RK7?

See, you moved on it too quickly, and are now having second thoughts.

No - no second thoughts at all. I'm just curious about the difference. I'll head over to UUC's website and check it out...

they are essentially the same but the newer RK7 has an engraved shift pattern on the knob while the RK6 has a decal sticker as a shift pattern.

i love the feel of the RK6 and wouldnt change a thing but i dont mind having the nicer cosmetics of the RK7....

congrats on the shift knob. u'll love it ! its one of the best mods i've done to my car.
