I put the lip back on, but will take more pictures later after the sun comes up. I was told OEM, but I believe it's a rep.

Thanks. There should be a BMW stamping somewhere on the lip if it is OEM. How is the fitment on your car?

I don't recall seeing stamp, so maybe not. Fitment isn't flawless, I'd say 8/10. The only issue I have is getting it flush on both sides of the intercooler towards the top. It's not too bad or noticeable unless you're up on the car. Here are a few shots.

Thanks. I'm gonna try to hold out for an OEM one for now. But if you take it off and see that it's OEM let me know. Also, if I cant find one for a decent price i'll hit you up again.

No, it wouldn't fit a e90 without modification.
