It's for my 335. I've been back and forth with Terry for days. He has been really good with answering all my questions. I think I might just have a messed up DP Fix simulator. I am not getting the required codes that you get once you install it.

If someone can tell me the exact process on how they did it and what worked for them.

For example. You put your JB4 on map 0 with autoclear off. Installed the DP Fix. Drove for 200 miles had no codes and then it worked.

My situation was like this: Map 0 autoclear off. Installed DP Fix into proper position into JB4. Kept dial at 5-6. Drove 50 miles. NO CEL but Kept getting codes once I checked it with the JB4 software. Terry said to make it weaker and reset adaptations. Drove 50 miles NO CEL but still getting codes.

Finally up to dial 10. NO CEL but STILL GETTING CODES 2C7E, 2C6A. Terry said to remove DP Fix until I get codes 29F4/5. I remove DP Fix 2 days ago CEL comes on right away. Over 100 miles and only code I get is "2C76 Lambda probe behind catalytic converter 2, signal"

So many hours, tanks of gas, and miles and still can't get this to work.

Why not just install it directly into the DME?

Instructions say if you have JB4 you can installed it right into that. That's how my friend did it on his 335 with no issues.

As far as I know the 02 sensors are in the correct slots. Is there a picture of diagram that I can reference to double check?

You can install it into a piggy like jb4 or procede definitely...just thinking you might've installed it wrong. But yeah maybe O2 sensors are narfed up. I didn't install my DPs so i can't help there.

Mine worked better and better gradually, in the beginning it was he same. Cel's and stuff. Then it started coming on less and less after a month or so. I went on a 800 mile drive, came on once. And it went away by its self. Lol. Good luck. Check your connections !

Even though the JB4 has a built in DP code surpresser, you need the DP FIX to get cat readiness to pass inspection.

I installed catless DPs and DP fix on Sunday and now on Tuesday I've got the service engine soon light on.

If you are running the DP fix and no piggyback software how do you clear the code? Will the little code reader up at Autozone clear the code or just suppress it?

If I'm reading the tutorial correctly you need to clear the code before adjusting the DP fix unit.

Also will the motor continue to run at full tilt until I get this resolved or will the ecu alter parameters to compensate for a perceived problem?
