Exclamation RTAB issue?

One of my E46 friends told me that the E90 also suffers from the factory RTABs leading to subframe tearing issue as the E46, particularly when lowered and/or increased in power output.

I've searched E90post and E90fanatics to no avail, so I wanted to confirm the validity of his statement as this is an easily resolvable issue but pain in the ass to do yourself even with the tool, and even more of a pain in the ass to fix the consequences of at a later point in time.

Thanks in advance!

I don't recall anyone having a subframe issue from the RTAB's like the E46 model.

Either people don't know about the RTAB issue from prior model or they're too new to have these occurances happen yet.

I would think that BMW would engineer the problem out from the last MY but who knows...

A coworker of mine actually claims to have information regarding an issue with the RTABs on the E90, but he's been lax in providing me with the article or thread where he discovered this aforementioned issue. When he updates me I'll have more ground to stand on and hopefully find some resolution that will aid all of us who want to lower and chip our 335s =)
