Its possible that the scratches aren't actually in the glass if its still below freezing, there may still be a thin layer of ice on the winshield.

I picked up my car a few days ago. today when i cleaned the car and I noticed there is a light scratch on the aluminum door trim. should I tell the dealer to fix it since I didn't see closely in delivery? but I doubt they will replace the whole door trim. what should I do? just live with it?
