I have had success just spraying some Lexol or other leather cleaner and conditioners into an MF towel, wrapping it around the wheel, gripping it tightly and pulling it in one direction around the wheel. Works well to remove dirt and shine. It's important to condition afterwards because the leather seems dry afterward.

I use my bare hands to rub in my leather cleaner/conditioner. I've been using something from meguiars. Anyway I rub it in everywhere and let the leather absorb it in for a few hours or overnight then I'll give everything a wipe down with a MF towel. I do the same to the seats rubbing the conditioner in with my hands etc. it seems to work well and the stuff from meguiars smells ok.

For quick cleanings just a wipe down with a microfiber towel, very slightly damp. For a more serious cleaning the Leatherique Prestine Clean and Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil combo is my preference. This formula is totally matte when you're finished so it doesn't feel slick or greasy. It's the same process and products I use for my seats too.

I use a microfiber towel with Gliptone Liquid Leather cleaner and then conditioner.

My car is over three years old from in-service date and the wheel still doesn't really have a shine to it. key has been to lexol clean and condition about every other month.

Lexol Leather cleaner, followed by Lexol
Leather conditioner. Buff the conditioner with microfiber lightly. Done.
