My warranty is up this month. Wow, that was a quick 4 years. I played the let's replace as many things as possible game yesterday. Of course I didn't get everything I wanted, but as Bruce Willis says to kids when he's toasted, yippee kai yay mo********er! Finally got a new seat belt handler arm thingy. Are you kidding me? Repaired 5X and always fails. Also a free 1800 mi. oil change and brake cleaning. I got the BMW Gold 7/100 good til 2013, I think less than the OP's number as they do discount.

I bought a warranty for my Audi from Warranty Direct and it was TERRIBLE - they are basically a complete scam. If the item is NOT specifically listed, they will not cover it. An intake runner flap had broken and was throwing a code - "intake" was covered but "intake runner flap" was not specifically listed so they would not cover it... I ended up canceling the remainder of the warranty and getting a partial refund.

They were complete jerks about the whole thing - google around and you will see how terrible they are. Stay away from Warranty Direct.

That is an absolute joke. BMW will certify a car for a dealership and fully extend the OEM warranty for $2100 dealer invoice on a e92 335i assuming the car is in good order. Certifying the car requires selling it to the dealer and buying it back, and if it has any problems they will be fixed and added to the dealer invoice, but that shows the price where BMW will make money off of the extended warranty. BMW's deductible is $50. (certifying a BMW is just checking it for problems and then extending the warranty)

$4000 means that we can gather the extended warranty company will be making at least 200% their cost. BMWs warranty is also 50,000 miles.

That price is just a joke.
