Just retrofitted M3 cluster

coded by Pat obviously.
can't be happier, no error
install only takes 10min. I would like to thank Pat for doing such great job on this.
I love especially how the red rpm goes down as engine warms up.
digital speed is just bonus feature.

Pat @ bimmertech should have one for sale. For me, I had the cluster and I sent it to him and got coded. As far as I believe, he is the only one who could code it error free and adapt your car's correct mileage etc...

here is daytime pics,

I wonder if I could do this. I'm afraid of messing up any sort of small things.
How much did it costa if you don't mind giving a ball park.....?

yeah I got it used, I heard msrp on this cluster is close to 1k from dealership.
I had cluster on my own, but I believe Pat carries one for full plug and play. You could send him a pm.
Or you can find one yourself and send the cluster to Pat for coding.

no SES, just seatbelt warning/side brake on.
This setup is error free. I believe his screen name is something @bimmertech

I can do this as well, including mileage correction.
Few things you need to keep in mind:

The backlight is always on. There's a new symbol for when headlights are on.
The "DTC" is now "MDM".
If he kept the stock M3 values then the low gas warning will come on 1/4 of a tank now.

I get my "false" information from experience. I did it for my own and 4 other cars so far.
That just means he coded it that way.

Yes it is. The green icon on the cluster means that the lights are on, it's an icon that isn't on any other e9x cluster.
