This pipe will allow non-standard inlet path options (TFT, MMP) fit on RHD's. The pipe is actually a kit, as it also requires turbo coolant line modification and other little bits and bobs. |

I've already pulled the trigger on the TFT intake and have to say this kit is artwork You do however get a lot included for the price -The best CP I have ever seen -Top quality BOV -Relocation coolant tank and all the odds and ends to complete the installation But once you add Justins RHD fix in the mix it is pricey I'm now waiting impatiently for JD15 to send me his carbon creation I'll be posting my results for all to compare but I doubt TFT will make any more power than the VTT and RB Inlets For RHD guys the RB & VTT variants of inlet are a no brainer TFT would add £800 to the price for RHD guys That's a set of track tyres or a massive night out with your best buds |

rob has been informed by the his supplier that they will not be supplying rob the hoses for the inlets as VTT use the same supplier. Haven't completely read the entire thread to see if robs responded yet just read Tonys new thread he started on the other forum.

I'm guessing the supplier is based in China, and I wouldn't imagine the supplier would give too much loyalty to VTT buying say 50 kits every 6 months vs RB wanting 100 kits up front now!

Does anyone know what gains are expected from these silicone intakes. I have just looked at a thread from VTT where they dynoed a vehicle fitted with silicone intakes and compared it with the results of the same vehicle using stock intakes.
The vehicle was fitted with: VTT Stage 2 Billet 15 Turbo's VTT Silicone Intakes VTT Silicone Charge Pipe VTT Double Barrel HPFP Fuel-it Stage 2 LPFP with 450 inline Cobb AP with PTF custom back end flash JB4 100% E85 It was run at 27psi peak boost to 22psi at redline It produced 577rwhp @ 615ft/lb compared to 553rwhp @ 642ft/lb using stock intakes. With this beast, there was a gain of 24rwhp(17.9rwkw) and a reduction of 27ft/lb of torque. With my vehicle (297rwkw or 400rwhp) would I expect about 2/3 or 16rwhp/10-12rwkw. Don't know if it is proportional. Probably not. |

Stock turbos previously made around 420-450hp max can now make 500hp with inlets
RBs previously made 530-550hp max but now 600 hp with inlets. |
